Twilio is a cloud platform for SMS, voice and WhatsApp. It is the most common choice for BeRocker because one account covers texting, calling and WhatsApp.

What you need from Twilio

Have these three values open before you start, from your Twilio Console:
Your Auth Token is a password for your whole Twilio account. Paste it into BeRocker and nowhere else.

Connect it

Open Integrations

Settings → Integrations → Twilio → Configure.

Paste the three values

Account SID, Auth Token and Message Service ID.

Set Status to Active and save

The card should show Status: Active in green.

Point your number at it

Settings → Profile → User Contacts → add your Twilio number with Provider = Twilio, once with Channel = Call and once with Channel = SMS, and tick Is Default?.→ Profile

Before you send at volume

Twilio requires 10DLC registration for application-to-person SMS to US numbers. Unregistered traffic gets filtered by the carriers, not by Twilio — so messages simply stop arriving with no obvious error. Register your brand and campaign in the Twilio Console before you turn on follow-up sequences, and keep an eye on Messaging health afterwards.
