BeRocker is the CRM built for auto transport brokers. Leads land in it, your team quotes and books them, loads go out to the load boards, customers pay, and every call, text and email stays in one place.

The short version

1

Leads arrive

From your website, a lead provider, an email your inbox parses, or a shipment an agent adds by hand. Every lead lands in Inbox and Shipments and gets assigned to an agent.
2

You quote and follow up

Send a quote from a template by SMS or email. Follow-up sequences chase the ones who go quiet, and Follow up → Triage tells you which conversations actually need a human today.
3

The customer books

They sign the agreement and pay the deposit on your booking page. The lead becomes an order.
4

You find a carrier

Post the load to Central Dispatch or Super Dispatch straight from the CRM, review offers, and dispatch the carrier you want.
5

The load moves and closes out

Pickup and delivery updates come back from the load board, the customer gets automatic status messages, and the money shows up in Accounting.
Not everything below is switched on for every account. What you can see depends on your role and on which integrations your company has connected.
