Work through these seven steps in order. Each one links to the full page if you want the detail.
Steps 1–3 are for every user. Steps 4–7 need an admin or manager role.

1. Sign in

Go to app.berocker.com and sign in with the email and password your admin gave you. If your company requires two-factor authentication you will be asked for a code the first time. See Team and security.

2. Set up your profile

Settings → Profile. Add the phone number and email address you will use to talk to customers, and mark one of each as default. If you use RingCentral, click Register next to the number to authorise it.
Until you add a default SMS/call contact you cannot text or call customers from a chat.

3. Learn the layout

Five minutes here saves hours later — Tour the CRM. The short version: Inbox is where you talk to customers, Shipments is the table of every lead, Follow up tells you who needs you today, and Dispatch is the live map of loads on the road.

4. Fill in your company details

Settings → Business. Account name, address, time zone, MC and DOT numbers, logo and brand colours. These appear on every quote, contract, invoice and email you send. Full page: Business

5. Connect your tools

Settings → Integrations. Connect at least one from each row you need: Full page: Integrations

6. Point your leads at BeRocker

Settings → Lead Management → Lead sources. Create one lead source per website or provider, then copy its endpoint URL and give it to that provider — or POST your website form to it. Full pages: Lead sources · Lead source API

7. Add your team and split the leads

Settings → Team and security → People to invite agents, then Settings → Lead Management → Lead distribution to set how many leads each agent gets per day. Full pages: Team and security · Lead distribution
