Verify your domain in Mailgun before connecting. An unverified domain will connect and then silently fail to deliver.

Open Integrations

Settings → Integrations → Mailgun → Configure.

Paste the domain and secret

Set Status to Active and save.

Point your email address at it

Settings → Profile → User Contacts → add an entry with Channel = Email, Provider = Mailgun, your sending address, and tick Is Default?.→ Profile
