Zelle is a U.S. instant bank-to-bank transfer service. In BeRocker it is a record-only method: the customer sends the money themselves and an agent records it with a receipt attached. No card is ever charged.
All processors are configured in one place: Settings → Integrations → Payment Gateway → Configure, which opens the Payment Gateways page.

Set up Zelle

Open the Payment Gateways page

Settings → Integrations → Payment Gateway → Configure, then find the Zelle card.

Enter your Zelle Email and Zelle Number

These are the details customers send money to, and they appear on the payment instructions the customer receives.

Click Update Info

To save.
There is no Payment fee for Zelle — nothing is processed, so there is nothing to surcharge.

The rest need no configuration at all. When recording a payment an agent can choose:
A recorded payment is a bookkeeping entry, not a charge. Confirm the money actually arrived before you record it, and attach the receipt.
