The Zoom Phone integration lets BeRocker send and receive SMS/MMS, sync call history and recordings, and place calls — either in the browser or by handing the call off to the Zoom desktop app.
You need a Zoom Phone licence, not just a Zoom meetings account.

Two ways to connect

Go to Settings → Integrations → Zoom Phone.

Manual setup, step by step

1

Create a Server-to-Server OAuth app

In the Zoom App Marketplace, create a Server-to-Server OAuth app.
2

Grant the Zoom Phone scopes

Phone and phone SMS, read and write.
3

Activate the app and copy its credentials

You need the Account ID, Client ID and Client Secret.
4

Paste them into BeRocker

Settings → Integrations → Zoom Phone → Manual setup. Set Status to Active.Credentials are verified with Zoom before they are saved, so a typo fails immediately rather than silently.
5

Add the Webhook Secret Token

From your Zoom app’s Feature tab. Without it, BeRocker cannot receive SMS and call events.
Save the Webhook Secret Token in BeRocker before validating the subscription in Zoom, or Zoom’s validation will fail.
6

Add the event subscription in Zoom

In your Zoom app, open Feature → Event Subscriptions, add a subscription using the webhook URL that BeRocker shows on this modal, and validate it.Subscribe to the Zoom Phone SMS, call history, recording and voicemail events.
7

Save & Verify

Back in BeRocker.

Using it

Once the integration is Active, each agent adds their Zoom Phone number in Settings → Profile → User Contacts:
  • One entry with Channel = Call
  • One entry with Channel = SMS (the same number added a second time)
  • Provider = Zoom
  • Tick Is Default? on the ones that should be their main line
See Profile.

In-browser calling

If your organization has the Zoom Phone Smart Embed softphone enabled, calls can be placed directly inside BeRocker. If it is not enabled, BeRocker hands the call off to the Zoom desktop app instead — the call still gets recorded against the conversation either way.

Disconnecting

Disconnect on the Zoom Phone card removes the connection and requires re-authorisation to use it again.
Disconnecting stops SMS and call sync for everyone on the account, and any agent whose default contact is a Zoom number will not be able to message customers until they switch provider.
