RevitPay is a payment processor common with high-risk and specialty merchants, including auto transport.
All processors are configured in one place: Settings → Integrations → Payment Gateway → Configure, which opens the Payment Gateways page.

Open the Payment Gateways page

Settings → Integrations → Payment Gateway → Configure, then find the RevitPay card.

Enter your username, password and Source Key

Set the Payment fee

Type 0 if you do not charge extra for card payments.

Tick Set as default card payment option, then Update Info

If RevitPay is the processor charges should run through.

Good to know

RevitPay does not report how a card is funded, so a credit-cards-only processing fee cannot be honoured with RevitPay as your default. Do not promise a debit or prepaid waiver in customer-facing wording while RevitPay is your default processor.
RevitPay invoices stay up until they are paid.

The payment fee

The Payment fee (%) is a percentage added on top of the amount you charge a customer:
  • Leave it empty or 0 → no fee is added. Charging 200billsthecustomerexactly∗∗200 bills the customer exactly **200.00**.
  • Enter 3 → a 3% fee is added. Charging 200billsthecustomer∗∗200 bills the customer **206.00** (200+200 + 6 fee).
Only the fee of the processor you set as your default card payment option is applied — it does not depend on which card the customer has. The customer sees the breakdown on the charge screen and on the receipt emailed to them once the payment goes through.
Tick Set as default card payment option on the processor you actually want charges to run through. That checkbox, not the order of the cards, is what decides.
